Stream looks better while streaming directly to yt

Hello, does anyone knows the reason why my webcam stream looks better while streaming directly to yt and using obs just as virtual camera to add graphic and stuff? Im getting clear video this way.

While encoding with OBS gives me pixelation no matter what bit rate i use.

Tried everything that come to my mind to make same quality with obs encoding and I just can't.
