Question / Help Stream looks a bit blurry at 60FPS?

I am currently streaming singleplayer games at 60FPS (since it looks amazing) but the stream looks kinda idk puffy. I use 616p or 720p at 2400 bit rate. I have 5 upload speed.

Specs are:
AMD A8-5500 APU at 3.5GHz
GTX 760 2GB
14GB RAM

I use the veryfast preset on all my streams and use the bucubic sharper filter with the 616p 1.75 resolution downscale. I've streamed it before at 60FPS and I usually stream Minecraft at 540p at 30FPS and it looks a lot better. I'm just wondering why

Ok, so your question is why 60fps looks worse?

Here is the answer. Say your streaming at 720p30 at 2400kbps. Ok, thats fine, and should give you amazing quality.

Now, since you are streaming at 60fps, which is essentially doubling the FPS, the encoder has less bit rate to work with per frame, since there are now 2 frames for the same amount of bit rate, so the quality will be reduced.

Don't try to stream at 60fps. do 720p30(or even 720p45) and have a better looking stream. Just my advice.

edit: tbh, your VOD did not look bad at all. Could use some tweaking.

Ya would 45fps look as smooth? What do you think some tweaking would be? I am currently looking for a new mobo and cpu to buy aswell?
