Question / Help Stream locally

I want to stream from my capture card or webcam locally to another computer on the same network. ONLY locally no internet.. can u please help you guys seems like streaming gods here

i have those two

also my built in laptop webcam

so is it possible to stream locally? like to another computer on the same router

also got a desktop with i7
16gb ram
gtx 950
gtx 750

Jack0r made a great Post about it. Thats pretty much one of the easiest ways to stream locally
