So I have been using multiple streaming sources from ffsplit to xsplit, now I am trying OBS and recently I have been having a problem with my Twitch.TV videos Lagging pretty bad. I am using wireless internet but here is a refrence video of what I am talking about http://www.twitch.tv/wigsplitter1505/b/406239042 You will have to go about a minute into the video to see the lag, you can see it a little earlier but that is around the best time to see it. That is my twitch account I can try to move it to youtube If i need to but it is easier if I just link you to that short video. Here are my logs http://pastebin.com/S0DMZdrH

I am running a very good internet so I dont understand why I am having trouble, here is my speed test.

Run a little tool called shaper probe and post the results.
You're Dropping frames at very low bitrate's.. Change the audio back to aac 96 and switch to another twitch ingest server.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 10500 Kbps.
Downstream: 84367 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: Burst size: 36033-36425 KB;
Shaping rate: 37 Kbps.

Downstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 52490 Kbps.

(edit) changed everything you suggested as well as a new twitch server and it is still laggy.

You don't have a sustainably stable connection which is a requirement for streaming.

Change back to the closest server and try the following, lower the quality to 0 and add the those advanced options.

slice-max-size=1460 keyint=600

also enable CFR from advanced and change back any other non default option (except the preset).

In the other thread, we discovered that it was because he is using a USB wireless adapter. ieve he is going to try to get a PCI wireless card, or use a wired connection.

how do you find out if you have a sustainable connection?

That line said he had a "shaping rate" of 37kbps upload, which is an upload rate after any QoS shaping has been done on it. It's basically your "effective" upload rate. 37kbps is not sustainable. You want an upload speed that is above what you want to stream at. That's all he meant.
