Question / Help Stream lags when I stream CS:GO

Hey guys!

I got a problem, whenever I stream CS:GO the stream itself lags alot, and I have no lags in-game, I maintain a stable ping and FPS! What am I doing wrong?

OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A ATX

Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 16GB
Graphic card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB TwinFrozr
Monitor: ASUS 24" VG248QE 144Hz

I'd love to stream but it lags me out in FFXIV and caused me enough trouble to end up getting nailed by mechanics so I had to stop. I would love to know if a solution is available on that.

I have no problem streaming offline games, but multiplayer games are the problem.

That is not what I said. I said test a recording...Not test a stream. A recording is offline, a video file
