Hey guys, I've got a problem with streaming on my Ryzen 5 1600. I'm using OBS studio and I don't know even why it's so laggy and choppy on stream, but the game works smooth. Preset is 720p@60, 2500 bitrate, fast encoding. My recorded steam: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/147099032
My PC:
Ryzen 5 1600,
16GB RAM,
RX460

Code:
11:19:03.135: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2520 (11.8%)
11:19:03.135: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 24/21191 (0.1%)

---- 2nd attempt in log ---
11:36:12.618: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 335 (1.9%)
11:36:12.618: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 7457/17074 (43.7%)

In the first attempt, OBS simply did not have enough GPU time to render right. In the second attempt you overloaded your CPU and it still had to give up GPU time.

So, it's all about GPU, right? But how Ryzen 5 1600 can be overloaded? I remember streaming with i7 4790 with fast preset and 720p@60 and it was quite good.

Well simple: It's not the same CPU. There's also the possibility that you streamed a game requiring less CPU.

I streamed same CS:GO, but my GPU was GTX 1060. So yeah, might it causes the problem because of Lanzcos filter? RX 460 not that powerful comparing to GTX 1060.
