Question / Help stream lags my game

hi i am new to streaming and i am trying to stream league of legends and so far i've got the good quality down but i go from 64-70 ping not streaming to like 400+ ping when i start to stream so can anyone help me i want to start streaming but i can't with such high ping btw i should mention i have about a 0.6mbps upload speed if this helps

With this upload you cant stream in good quality and still have some room for your game.
LoL need some bandwith too, i have at least 0,5mbps free for my games & voice while streaming.

Speak with your ISP and try to get more upload. If its not possible, you have to change your ISP. Thats why i have internet over TV cable (coax), it was the only way to get more than 1mbit/s upload here.

You wont be able to stream with that upload. you need atleast 1,5MB upload for 720p, ... and atleast 1MB for some decent 480p quality.

As has been said before, that is a rather low upload for constant video streaming.

You could lower the bitrate to make it usable but the quality would be absolutely horrendous.
