Question / Help Stream lags - Hook conflict detected

Hello,
I was trying out streaming, and when i checked my stream I realized it was buffering every couple of secs. One viewer was kind enough to confirm it lags on his side too.
When I ran the analizer it came up with 2 minor problems (wireless connection and multiple graphic cards. I've watched some tutorials on how to set up multiple graphic cards properly, and I have a connection of around 30Mbts up 20Mbts down.
I'm trying to stream from a new laptop, which has an NVidia GTX 960M, an Intel Core i7 6700 HQ Quad-core processor, and 8 GB DDR4 RAM.
I've uninstalled my Geforce Experience to test, but it's the problem. One thing I could think of is the default WIN10 thingy, which tells me how to record a video, sound, etc. when I start a game. Do you think that could be the reason, or my laptop is just not compatible with streaming at all?
Thank you in advance,
Daniel

Is there a new "nvidia share" option in the nvidia control panel?

Also, have you tried lower bitrates?

The hook conflict isn't an issue itself if OBS is properly picking up the game.

Thank you for your answer Harold!
I haven't found anything like that in the control panel
I've tried to stream on different bitrates, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.
Have you got any other ideas maybe? :)
