Hello everyone. I have had problems the past few months of people telling me my stream keeps freezing more than it's running, but only people outside of my country. I do not use a VPN, I'm streaming from Germany, but people from for example Portugal and the UK have those problems of my stream constantly freezing. I stream on 3440x1440 screen, 60FPS, Output 5500Kbps Video Bitrate, 128 Audio Bitrate, Hardware (NVENC, H.264) Video Encoder, P4:Medium on Encoder Preset. Please help me find the issue on why my stream does that.

OBS can't control what the streaming service you're using do. What you can do is reduce the bitrate to 35 Mbps.
