lower bitrate to around 3000-3500 not higher and consider changing the server cause some servers just do weird stuff

so the singapore server is kinda unstable or so? :O

Actually i just tried switching to the US server. It got more dropped frames. so yeahhh

well since you dont really drop frames neither do you lagg frames and or got a high cpu rendering time its pretty much the server you are streaming to... but since the asia region got only one streaming server they limit you and changing to us wont do anything because the distance is way too far to get a constant good quality.

i'd actually say dont worry its probably getting fixed if you stream on a less populated day ... but who knows :(

The Twitch servers do not deal well with anything higher than 3500kbps; 3000 is the Twitch-official recommended maximum bitrate. You're sending at 5000 (and later 4000) kbps according to that log.
Drop your bitrate. The Twitch server can't cope with that much incoming data on a given stream, apparently.
