Question / Help Stream lags, but the sound is clear!

Hello OBS community,

How is your day? I hope you're all good :)
So, today I have managed to start the first stream in my life, and it somewhat worked at the beginning, however the video was lagging so hard that it started freezing in random frames, unwatchable. Even though the sound stayed the same.

Be ready, because you are gonna find a lot of problems in that log I am afraid.

I live in Saudi Arabia which is not the best place since there isn't any server close enough to stream other than Europe.
I'm gonna be doing a long test for bandwidth and ping for the European servers and post it here, thanks in advance.
