Question / Help Stream lags but the game isn't lagging

Your Encoder Lag is huge. Usually a Video problem. Have you updated your drivers for your Nvidia card? If you haven't updated them since the major update, which you are on, then that may be an issue. Update them using a Clean Install and not an Express.

Everything is updated?
 
You have the latest Windows Update, this may have overwritten your drivers or corrupted them, try downloading using Geforce Experience to update to the latest drivers, perform a CLEAN INSTALL. Let me know...
