Question / Help Stream lags but I dont drop frames

I try to stream with settings that should be good enough for my PC but when I preview my stream it lags for people and myself. I dont lose frames on the game I am playing nor losing frames or lagging on obs.
My PC Specs
i7 6700k
GTX Asus Strix 750ti
16GB RAM DDR4 2400MHz
Asus Z170-A Motherboard

Could someone help me with this issue, I can't find anything about this on the internet.

Move your secondary display to the video card instead of having it connected to the motherboard.
