Question / Help Stream Lags at 60 FPS

So I stream at 3000 bitrate 1280x720 w/60 fps I am using x264 and no monitor capture just game capture and my stream looks laggy how do i fix :( I have a Xeon 8 core 3.6ghz proccessor and a gtx 950 graphics card and 16gb of ram here is my log

your log does not contain streaming session but follow these simple and awesome steps to make sure all basic things are in order

1. 60hz desktop refresh
2. 60 or 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3, bf4, overwatch)
4. vsync in game on
5. run obs as admin
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4

your gpu must be able to keep stable 60 fps in game and not be maxed by it. if its not, lower resolution and/or details

3000 is enough for 720p30, 720p60 requires 5500-6000

but i see wireless connection. this is bad

Don't stream over wireless
In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, then we are going to be very unlikely to be able to help you diagnose it if you're on a wireless just because it adds yet another variable. We recommend streaming on wired connections.

.... I stream using wireless so what that shouldn't matter.

Just because YOU get 60fps, it doesn't mean that people will see 60fps, especially if the wireless is causing you to drop frames.

I don't have enough money for wired.
Also what do you mean turn off gaming mode how would I do that?

What would gaming mode cause? FPS lag or what? because yes it was on

Nothing but problems if you're streaming.

Someone told me always run 5000 - 6000 bitrate when streaming 60 fps 720p is this right ??? thats what i am using

If you're streaming to twitch, that may be too much.
