Question / Help stream lags and skips but game is fine

Okay lets try this again.

My game is fine. But my stream lags and skips.

Here is a stream i did when i used the Black ops 2 ingame streaming.

Now i dont know what i can do to make this work.

I have tryed both OBS 32bit and OBS 64bit " i have windows 7 64bit "

I would really like to try and get this fixed.

You can't really compare the COD stream to the OBS stream, since the COD stream uses 360p and very low bit rate, while you're doing 720p at high bit rate on OBS.

Do you think you could post your log from the CS stream?
