So i'm sure this is a very common issue, but it is so vague that it's hard to find an issue for. During my streams, every 15 seconds or so (it's always different intervals apart) my video will freeze frame for 3-4 seconds at a time. Example: https://clips.twitch.tv/HonorableDeafLampPartyTime
Chat & I believe it's a buffering issue. When I check my logs, most of it is just this.
I stream with x264 at 3400 CBR 540p. My internet speed is 10down/5up.
My question is, is there any setting I can change to fix the buffering? Or is the buffering the product of hardware/software/internet connection issues? There is no way for me to post the full notepad file, it is too big. I'll post as much as I can below. Sorry for the noob questions, I am just getting into streaming!!!
