Question / Help Stream laggy with new elagto hd60.

Hello,
I have a new Elgato Hd60 and when i use 60fps on obs it cant handle that. But when i use 30fps its glitchy and laggy. Could you please tell me the best settings for my elagto Hd60 with an 6.32 upload speed. https://gist.github.com/2d9d15ddc9e140faeb0db264ddd91b4e

Assuming you're streaming to Twitch, 720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast.

If you're gaming on the same system you are streaming from, there is NO reason to use a capture card; it will only *increase* your overhead, and will not offload anything from the CPU or GPU. A Game/Window/Monitor capture will be much more efficient.
