Question / Help Stream laggs since beta update

Hello everyone!

As the title says, my stream is heaving incredible laggs on twitch since the new update came.
The days before it worked perfectly fine, with good quality, stable 60 fps and no laggs, now, its streaming for 2 seconds and loading for 20 seconds.

I have the same settings as before the update, if you need any screenshots just tell me,

The Problem is that the Stream is running 2 seconds pretty good, then there is a big lagg and then it flows again for 2 seconds. Its not watchable any more, and I tried lower bitrate, higher bitrate, lower fps...didnt work for me.

this sounds like an usual twitch buffering issue

theres also an sticky on the forum which pretty much explains your problem and a few solutions
