Question / Help Stream lagging

Currently setup
PNY GTX 770 4GB Enthusiasts edition
I7 4770k 3.5ghz
8gigs of ram
Windows 10
And for some reason when i try to stream wow i get the worst frame rate on OBS but perfect in game but i can stream league with max everything fine....
