Question / Help Stream lagging

Hi. First of all i don't understand nothing of this but i will try to explain myself. I'm trying to stream CS:GO with my potato pc with a 10 upload speed.
My specs are:

CPU: AMD FX 6300 Six Core

RAM: 8 GB DDR3

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

in obs setting i have

Max bitrate: 2000

Use custom buffer size: disabled

Resolution 1280/720 30fps

x264: faster

I tried to downscale my resolution, take out more bitrate. What do i need to do to improve my stream quality?

Youre stream quality can depends sometimes also on which location you chosen to stream. Like Amsterdam,New York ect.

and i did that, im in portugal the best location is france. still lags

Well instead of faster CPU preset, use veryfast,super fast or ultrafast. Not below veryfast only you know youre PC could handel it.

Try to activate the custom buffer size and set it at the same amount like the bitrate. Now you have to try out whats best :/
