I will attach the last stream .log file here.

I made couple speedtest on website called testmy.net and speedtest.net i had on every tests an upload speed of 9mb not more not lower its always between 9mb and 10mb

Log Analyser told this:
Possible slow server

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-fra.justin.tv/app) took 754 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

Even though i have very good Last - Avg - Jitter i also left it for 10 min with recording it stayed pretty stable all the time nothing much changed

It also said this:
Wireless detected

You appear to be streaming over a wireless connection. While this can be OK, keep in mind that interference from other radio sources or obstacles can cause your connection to momentarily stall, resulting in dropped frames or disconnects. A wired connection is strongly recommended for a reliable stream.

As i said before never had problems with dropping frames or dissconnects.

Perhaps 3500 is higher for some people than they can support. If it happens for only some of the users, then the most likely scenario is just that the problem is on their end. You can probably try to accommodate for all the viewers if you wish by lowering bitrate, trying different servers and such that works well for most users, or just experimenting with those particular viewers to see what works and what doesn't for them (though just keep in mind that changing servers might cause problems for other users that didn't have problems before, so it's not always a simple fix)
