recently my stream has been lagging really bad, but i dont know why. ive changed my bitrate yet im still lagging only on stream

The provided logfile does not contain a streaming or recording session. We need one to be able to troubleshoot.
Additionally 'lagging' doesn't describe what's going on. People use the word 'lagging' to describe at least five different things; anything from stream-to-viewer delay, poor/inconsistent framerate, capture sync delay, etc. Would be best if you described what's happening.
