Question / Help Stream lagging need help adjusting

Don't go for 1080p stream. You are using a laptop so even you have good Laptop CPU go for 720p with 30 or 60fps. Furthermore don't use "faster" preset. The slower the preset the more CPU power you need.
So my advice:
- set the preset back to default (veryfast)
- try to stream in 1080p 60fps
- if you have laggs with 60 fps, go with 30 fps
- if you want to have 60fps, downscale the output to 720 in the video tab (not in the output tab)

If you can try to give more bitrate. Your log shows a bitrate of 3000. Make an Internet Speedtest und look the result. Twitch allows up to 6000kbps for non partnered streamers.
