Question / Help Stream lagging but game is fine

Hello, At first sorry for my english probably I'll make a lot of mistakes in this post. So, few months ago I was streaming some WoW and Black Desert. I had no problems with it (no lags, freezes etc.). I wanted to stream again and in game I have smth like 100fps but my stream is lagging af. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong? I tried to change settings (bitrate, resoultion,etc. but nothing helps) :(

are you dropping frames in OBS? Ive been having the same issue, Its fine for a couple days then it turns to garbo

So I had some dropped frames in streams but not in all attemps and not much, I tried to turn on stream one more time at night and it worked better. (I restarted my internet, could that be the reason?) But something is still not right.

edit: I tried to stream with other program and I dont have lags as previously but it looks like ~20fps and game works perfect.
