Hey, why does the FPS drop superlow when u watch your own stream ? (same computer)

and is there any way to get higher fps without doing something about the quality on the stream?

Because when you're watching your own stream, your Internet is consuming the download that it takes to play the video which can cause lagging and frame drops to occur, especially if it's on the same computer that you're streaming with. Watching the video from a different computer will help the CPU a little bit but it doesn't change the fact about Internet consumption.

If it's FPS drop that you're experiencing, it's more likely due to more load on your GPU watching the stream, especially if it's 1080p (or if it's a relatively weak GPU).

I would recommend watching the stream on another device, or getting a better GPU.

I wouldnt recommend going higher than 60FPS. Mostly because rarely anyone uses 120HZ monitors atm, so you just waste a bunch of CPU power.
I don't know which resolution you are streaming in, but decoding a 1080p70FPS flashvideo takes approximatly 30% of your CPU.
About the delay: That mostly depends on the twitchserver you are streaming to, but generally you will get 7-8 seconds.
