i have problem with last version obs in my opinion.
My specs: i-7700K, GTX 970 G1 (390.65), 16GB RAM.
Obs settings:
Birate 6500
Encoder: H.264
Stream: 1080p 60FPS
My stream is stuck and lag for watchers as you see on the video link: https://youtu.be/Lh3XFE83USQ?t=1m1s
Right now version: 21.0.1

Upgrade version graphic cards do not help and makes me lag more. I want to test with OBS version 21.0.0 (look ad the dates stream). But there is no any link to download older version OBS.
