Question / Help stream lag

Viewers were saying the stream was laggy, dropping frames and the sound was cutting in and out. I don't know what to change as the settings have been the same for months and have not gotten any complaints. I posted my log in the spoilers below, and any help would be appreciated!

You're not dropping any frames, according to your log. The lag is on the viewer's end, not having a good enough connection to the streaming server to download and watch the video fast enough. Twitch has been having CDN issues lately, especially in Europe, so if you haven't changed anything, I would tend to attribute the issues to that. Are the viewers who are lagging watching from Europe?

The ones who told me of the problems were from the U.S., thank you for the response! I never actually saw my stream drop frames at all.....so it must be Twitch acting up.

Or it could be that the people who were watching simply didn't have fast enough internet to watch your stream. 1800kbps isn't that bad, but some people still might not have that much download.
