Try going to advanced and give OBS higher priority.

That worked, now the problem is when OBS is higher than Overwatch in priority, overwatch begins to lag. Would NVENC Fix this?

Yes it would. And just so you know... im in the same boat. Having a terrible time getting this mix to blend smoothly. What seem to be the issue is that OBS cant use x264 with descent settings without hammering the entire system down. I can not even do very fast with 3500kbps smoothly, im forced to use NVENC.

But then on the other hand, i can use Plays.tv with 10 000kbps 60fps 1080p with only a minor performance impact..

So im really out of clues. However NVENC works pretty well. Tho you have to bump up bitrate alot for it to be watchable.
