Question / Help Stream lag :(

Hey,

my stream lags when i stream to twitch i have no clue why?
Xsplit work but completely runs my CPU usage up and my elgato software (use an elgato HD60 pro) has audio issues, OBS is the only piece of software that works other than this lag :(

PC specs:
i7 6700k
GTX 970
16gb

i stream 720p 30fps
but play my games at 1920 x 1080

seemed to be the resolution i needed to match them in order for the stream not to stutter but now i can't get my screen to fit i have a tiny screen and black edges?

audios kind of annoying to get it in sync but now the cpu usage has gone up and its starting to lag FML :( think i might just buy another streaming PC lol would i need a 3rd monitor?
