Stream Lag

For the the last couple of months my Facebook stream is lagging and freezing. I have it synced to start with You Tube using Obs Studio. I end up stopping that stream and deleting it. For some reason it didn't do it last week but this week it did it again. The You Tube stream is usually excellent. Is there something I may be doing wrong now. It use to be okay when I first started streaming them at the same time.

Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Start with enabling Dynamic Bitrate in Advanced Network settings.

Should I switch to the RTMP legacy in order to use Dynamic Bitrate, or is there a different solution? Running OBS 30....
