Question / Help Stream Lag. What can i do ?

I have read the guides, but didnt really find any solution.

So, my stream lags even tho i have pretty ok PC and Internet.



my PC specs :

Define 'lag'.

Stream at a lower bitrate than 3500kbps. If people buffer (and they WILL buffer badly at 3500) it will increase the streaming delay as the player will try to buffer more video up to ensure smooth playback.

2000kbps or less. 3500 isn't enough for 1440p anyway.
