I know this is an old thread but I am trying to setup a really fast stream with the least amount of delay as possible. Sacrificing quality is not an issue.
I have a some server that I setup rtmp on and we're doing something similar to Tacticam for Overwolf I have managed to get the delay down to 4 seconds but less would be really nice. We run 4 streams at a time.
(I would also like to completely disable audio because that is just a waste even at 48kbps)
