Question / Help Stream lag ONLY when I add overlay/webcam

I stream BO3 on Xbox using OBS and Twitch. I can stream gameplay with no problem at 720p 30fps, but for some reason every time I add in my overlay and webcam, the stream starts lagging a minute or two in. Can anyone please help me with this annoying problem?

My CPU is an AMD Phenom II x6 1065T and I have 12 GB of RAM.

Use a lower webcam resolution and/or move it to a different port. Looks like the USB controller may be getting overloaded by the combination of the LGP and the webcam both sending 720p video at the same time.

Tried both, no luck... You sure that's the problem? I've been trying to fix this for like a week now, this is so frustrating

You can test further to see if that's the problem by using only one of the devices in your scene (e.g. add the capture card but not the webcam). If the problem goes away then it's an issue of trying to send more via USB than the controller can handle.
