Question / Help Stream lag help?

I am a speedrunner who's pretty much new to OBS. I stream games at 30 and 60 fps, and my viewers are getting video lag. Is there something I should do to the bitrate?
Download speed is 92.56 mbps
Upload speed is 49.81 mbps
