Question / Help Stream Lag. Help Please!

So guys I have been trying to stream for a while now, I have a gtx 1070 amp extreme, an i5 4690k clocked to 4.2ghz. Every time I try to stream the stream always come off choppy and laggy even with a res downscale. Heres my internet speed.

No, I can't. I just respond to posts. You can try the Community Chat (red, upper right of page) and see if there's anyone in there who can help you in realtime.

Other than that, set up your stream as well as you can, stream for at least five minutes of high action gameplay, and then post the OBS log file from that stream.
