Question / Help Stream Lag, Game NO (120+fps)

Hi, all I don't know why I tried everything but... my stream lag, even on preview! If I max game settings in game, If I play on low stream gives like ~30fps, (meanwhile in game 120fps)

in OBS I can get like 30fps and sometimes freezes on stream
in OBS studio it is ~5fps a lot of lags
Xsplit same as OBS studio lagz a lot! ;/

p.s. If I stream from playstation whit Live gamer portable no any stream issues run smooth !

My pc Spec:

i7-6700k
500mb ssd
ddr4 16gb hyperx
r9 380 4gb msi amd

and I got decend internet speed!


p.s.s.
If I click on window of obs, or on screen where obs located game in obs screen start run smooth, as soon I back to game or click on window whit game, obs start to lag!

Is your second display running at a different refresh rate from your primary?
Is OBS being shown on it?

Yes it Is,
One of my monitor maximum 60hz other 144hz

but I tried to put game in window mode and put all on one screen the problem still exist :/

P.s. Tested both monitors in 60 hz, problem still exist


p.s.s.

P.s. after vsync on start working better
P.s.s. does it mean I have to ugprade my gpu cause
r9 380 4g bad for streaming ?
