Is the log from my stream, which as you can se went live today. My internet connection is usually around 80/80, and the speedtest which I did a couple of minutes ago showed nothing out of the ordinary. I'm on a wired internet connection, and my computer is able to play Crysis 3 on Medium with 50 FPS, making it everything but a shitty computer.
3,3GhZ i7 processor
GTX 560 Graphics card
24 gb of RAM
I'm also running both the game and OBS on a 3rd gen SSD.

Thanx in advance~<3

The log is not complete, but anyways try this and post a complete log viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97 if you're still having issues.
1-remove 1 monitor capture source from your current scene (you have double)
2-create a seperate scene with only game capture in it and switch to that scene right before getting back into the game
3-disable aero if you're on windows 7/vista

You need to disable Aero if you are going to use Monitor capture, or else your performance will be horrible. If you want to keep Aero enabled, use Window capture instead.
