Question / Help Stream Lag for viewers

So whenever I try to stream, it seems like it lags for my viewers, when it doesn't for me. My PC specs are:

GTX 1060 6gb SC
i5-7600K
8GB DDR4 RAM
MSI B250M BAZOOKA (I know I can't overclock with a b250, my mistake)

Check your bitrate. While you may be able to handle the bitrate you stream at, some of your viewers may not be able to have a good experience at higher bitrates
