So after I start streaming my stream ends up about 30 seconds behind what I'm broadcasting at. I have a 3200 rate and 3200 buffer, no send buffer. Is this normal? Does anyone know what's causing it? This happens even without dropped frames (although I don't believe dropped frames influence this).
I think this may also relate to my stream randomly disconnecting after 3-3 1/2 hours on a regular basis.
