Question / Help Stream Lag, cause?

Hello! I've been streaming for a bit and my stream is laggy for some reason, example https://www.twitch.tv/videos/387524814 it was fine yesterday..

So 6000 bitrate should be no issue whatsoever, I dont have any lag in game either, Im at like 80-100 fps.

I don't really know what I should include in this post, most of it is probably in the log file. If theres anything though, just ask and i shall provide answers.

Well, you are streaming 1080p60 on medium and have encoder overload. Try an easier preset and see if it goes away.

How can i see that without looking in the logfile? OBS says that my CPU Usage is like 8%

In the top row was it view? -> stats.

Also, if you have an encoder overload, this will be displayed below the stream while it happens.
Just try fast, record for a bit and let the stats window open, you can see if you have an encoder overload there.
