Question / Help Stream Lag, but no dropped frames, cpu usage is low.

I am having an issue with OBS where my stream is lagging when fights happen in League of Legends.

My bit rate isnt high (1800), my CPU usage is usually only at 7-8%, and I have little to no dropped frames. So I dont understand what the issue is.

Also my GPU is a GTX 1080.

That's not a huge number of dropped frames, but that's about 144 seconds out of a stream that's almost 3 hours long, so it seems likely to me that during the most complex frames of fight scenes, the CPU is struggling to encode and so frames are getting dropped. You could alleviate this by increasing your CPU preset setting from Fast to Faster.
