Question / Help Stream Lag after some time

Hello,

I am using OBS to stream to twitch.tv and i am streaming League of Legends. ( + Webcam + Text )

It goes perfectly smooth at all quality's but after i run it for some time (10-20 minutes) It suddenly goes laggy without a reason my stream is like 2 fps and its just pictures you see not smooth at all.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is ?

Are you sure you didn't switch to a scene with monitor capture? The problem is that monitor capture with aero enabled on a windows 7/vista system can cause these sort of negative effects. Also, in your log file, I see many instances like:

Using graphics capture
Using Monitor Capture

..You generally don't want to use both of these sort of captures at the same time if possible, it can have a negative effect on the output. Not entirely sure though overall.

Im using Monitor capture to capture my monitor, but it wont capture LoL if i start a match.
If i start a match it switches to Game capture (not graphics;P) so it goes in game, u understand?

What is the meaning of aero than? should i turn it off ?

Those two capture sources should not be in the same scene together as monitor capture will always be running in the background and causing performance issues. They should be in separate scenes.

There is now a plugin that will automatically switch scenes for you based on active windows. You can check it out in the development section of the forums.

I believe you just drop the file(s) into the "plugins" folder in your OBS directory.
