Question / Help Stream Lag after 2 hours of live time (already read dropped frames thread)

I started Streaming a while ago on twitch.tv. Everything would go fine for around 2 hours of live time but when I get to around the 2 hour mark I start to get loads of dropped frames and my bitrate changes a lot. I've tried changing the bitrate, the server, the quality and I also tried to use Obs Studio(MP). Could anyone tell my why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance :)

Most likely your ISP is throttling you after sustained upload usage.

Okay Thanks, so I will have to speak to them? I tried using ShaperProbe but it won't work
