So I have a i7 4790k, 16 gb ddr3 ram, and a r9 200 series graphics card, which is only 2 gb ddr5. My internet is 100 download and 10 upload. I been streaming at 3500 kb, I mainly play xbox and use elgato hd60 to stream on. Here's the issue I can't stream at 1080p or I drop frames, and my cpu usage goes up to like 60% when I'm only using 3500 kb, with very fast preset, and my key frame intervals at 2, at 60 fps. Well when I switch to downscale of 720p I can put it on medium preset at 60 fps and only use 40% cpu usage.
Do I need to upgrade my gpu or what? I can't post logs because for some reason streamlabs obs wont let me post a log.
Also I do use this computer to stream on when I play games on pc as a streaming/gaming pc, and can only usually run 30 fps, very fast preset on games like blade and soul, and fortnite.
