Stream labs alerts don't showing during a live.

I've been using obs to do livestreams for three months, but in the last month The alerts that I configured in stream labs have some problem, when I test them on the website they work normally, but during the livestream it is as if they did not exist, more specifically the alert box.

It's strange because I also use the chat overlay and emote wall and they work normally, just the alert box that doesn't work.Could they help?
