Question / Help Stream Key box remains blank when show is pressed.

When trying to get my stream key from OBS version 19.0.3 the Stream Key box remains blank even when the show button is pressed.

You don't get your streamkey from OBS, you get it from the streaming service you want to use.

The stream key field is for input (you need to get your key from web service where you want to stream to and insert it in OBS manually, for YouTube - look for “stream name” or so). By stream key the web service identify that this is exactly you, who want to stream to your channel right now.

Borax, AFTER you enter your stream key from the webservce you are using you the 'show/hide' button will work...
