Question / Help Stream keeps restarting

Happened a couple times yesterday, it would just say restarting in 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, it popped up again. Restarted OBS, streamed for 10 minutes and it happened again.

I don't think it's my internet. Never had this problem before. Not sure if a log will help, but why not.




First log says;
RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1512 ms to write 460383 bytes (buffer: 0 / 463872), unstable connection?

EDIT: A friend told me I kept disconnecting and reconnecting to vent yesterday as well.. it might just be my internet.

It typically just means unstable connection or not enough throughput required. If you drop too many frames at once it can cause twitch for example to disconnect. Could be your internet or the server you have chosen
