I just built my self a new rig running with the i5 3570k with 8GB of corsair Vengeance ram, with a EVGA GTX 660 Ti and my download speed is 58.90 MBPs and upload speed at 11.5 MBPs. My settings on obs are 2800 for max bitrate and buffer size at 2500, my resolution downscale is at 1280x720 fps at 30, monitor at 1920x1080. Everytime i live stream a game in fullscreen my stream have spikes like its lagging even though i played around with the settings it's still the same. Does anyone knows how to fix this and help me out please I really want to start streaming with no spikes or lag on twitch.tv. Thanks.
