Question / Help Stream keeps hitching

Whenever I stream, every few seconds the stream will freeze for a brief moment before resuming. It happens every time, at what seems to be a regular interval. It's visible in the preview window as well as on the actual stream. OBS does not register any dropped frames in the little counter at the bottom from this, and it doesn't affect audio (either mine or the game's), only the video.

This has been going on for a few months now. I'd be extremely grateful for any help. Here is my log:

Maybe try increasing your bitrate to 3500? I've read of lower bitrates causing the issue reported above. Also it appears your windows build is out of date? The current version of windows is 18363 I believe? I've read other question/help threads where people have been told to update their windows version when experiencing the same issue. Lastly, is there a reason your windows game dvr is set to on? Reviewing other posters logs, this setting is set to off. Good luck.

I've updated Windows and increased the bitrate as you said (Windows Game DVR was already off, according to windows), but it didn't change anything :(

Thank you for trying, I appreciate it.

Multiple game sources in a single scene isn't recommended, as they can interfere with each other and cause performance problems.

Either build separate scenes for different games, or use a single game capture and reconfigure it on a per-game basis.
