Question / Help Stream Keeps Failing

So the stream is all good, and then it starts lagging, and then it starts horrendously buffering, and then it crashes. Then you have to restart the stream. Is their any ideas why this keeps happening? and how I can solve it?

what do you mean crashing? if crashing over time it is either one of two things. ISP going out or you are having a heat issue. OBS will use all cores and stress components. post a link to your logfile from the help menu.
